Nirou advises Ingrid Capacity on the sale of a 145 MW BESS portfolio to Mirova

Nirou is delighted to have acted as exclusive financial advisor to Ingrid Capacity on the sale of a 145 MW/ 290 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) portfolio spanning Finland and Sweden. The divestment includes two projects: 45 MW in Finland and 100 MW in Sweden, together representing a total of 145 MW power capacity and 290 MWh of energy capacity. The transaction marks Mirova’s entry into the Finnish market, with Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers, continuing to build its Nordic presence.
